TYPES OF CHOCOLATE

Dark chocolate

Dark chocolate contains minimum 35% of cocoa mass, the higher the cocoa content the higher the quality. Normally, it contains only small amount of sugar, real vanilla and lecithin.

Milk chocolate

Milk chocolate contains 25 % of cocoa mass and and 14 % dried condensed milk.

White chocolate

White chocolate is not considered by some scholar as chocolate as it does not contain cocoa mass. It is made with cocoa butter, sugar and milk.
